A typical 1,000 LPH Puryn plant runs sand and carbon pre-treatment, antiscalant dosing, two 20 inch jumbo cartridge filters, a high-pressure pump and an 8040 membrane on a stainless steel skid, and needs about 3.5 kW at the site. Fully automatic plants start and stop with the tank level and backwash their own filters. We also service plants of every brand.

Fully automatic option: the float switches start and stop the plant with the tank level, and the sand and carbon filters backwash on their own. Flow meters, pressure gauges and a digital TDS display let you read the plant at a glance.

Do you service RO plants from other brands?

Which areas do you cover?
We install and service across Bengaluru and nearby industrial areas from our head office at Sunkadakatte, Magadi Road. For sites outside Bengaluru, send us the location and we will confirm.
What do I need to provide at the site?
A raw water point, a drain and a power point near the plant. As an example, a 1,000 LPH automatic plant needs about 3.5 kW. We check all of this during the site visit.
Manual or fully automatic: which is better?
Manual plants cost less and suit sites with staff who can run the backwash. Automatic plants start and stop with the tank level and backwash the filters on their own, which suits unattended sites and vending.
What comes with a new 1,000 LPH plant?
Our current offer: 12 cans of antiscalant and 4 wound filters free, 2 service visits a year, and a 1-year replacement guarantee on the RO membrane.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance with the purchase order, 25% on delivery and 25% on installation. GST is extra and invoiced by Puryn International.
How does the lab test work?
You get two lab reports: a pre-treatment report before we recommend anything and a post-treatment report after installation. Both, worth ₹2,000, are included in the price of your system. You pay ₹1,000 when we take the first sample, and it is adjusted when you order. For example, on a ₹65,000 system you pay the remaining ₹64,000.
