The terms that apply when you use our website and buy from PURYN.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PURYN website (puryn.in) and the purchase of our products and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Products & Pricing
We make every effort to describe our water softeners, RO purifiers, dispensers, tanks and spares accurately. Specifications and prices may change without notice. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹); applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is completed or, for cash-on-delivery orders, once our team contacts you to confirm. We accept secure online payment and cash on delivery. A GST invoice is provided with every purchase.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines and coverage are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Where installation is included, it is carried out by PURYN-trained technicians after delivery.
Warranty & AMC
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, and each system includes one year of free annual maintenance (AMC). Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or water conditions beyond the product’s rated specification.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Please inspect your product on delivery and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PURYN’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our products is limited to the value of the product purchased, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.
