RO plant service and AMC in Bengaluru
We service commercial and industrial RO plants from any manufacturer across Bengaluru: low output, rising TDS, pumps that trip and filters that choke. Two annual plans. Comprehensive covers antiscalant every month, wound cartridges every 3 months, a technician visit every 3 months and all spare parts and labour, with membranes billed separately. All-inclusive adds the RO membranes when they are due, so there is no extra bill for parts during the year.

Most RO problems start in pre-treatment. An empty antiscalant tank or a sand filter that has not been backwashed will ruin a membrane long before its time. Regular visits catch it early.
What is wrong with your RO plant?

Output has dropped
The tank takes longer to fill; the product flow meter reads low.
Product TDS is rising
The TDS meter creeps up month after month.
High pressure pump trips

Do you service RO plants from other brands?

What is the difference between the two AMC plans?
Comprehensive covers antiscalant every month, cartridges every 3 months, a visit every 3 months and all spare parts and labour, with RO membranes billed separately. All-inclusive adds the membranes when they are due, so there is no extra bill for parts during the year.
How much does an AMC cost?
It is a fixed yearly price that depends on the plant size and the plan, quoted in writing after an inspection visit. GST is extra.
Why is antiscalant included every month?
Antiscalant stops hardness from scaling the membrane. A plant that runs out of it can scale a membrane in weeks, which costs far more than the chemical.
How often should RO cartridges be changed?
Under our AMC, every 3 months. If they choke much sooner, the sand or carbon filter ahead of them needs attention, and sometimes the media needs replacing.
Can you take over a plant from another service company?
Yes. We start with an inspection visit, note the condition of the membranes, media and pumps, and quote the AMC on what we find.
How does the lab test work?
You get two lab reports: a pre-treatment report before we recommend anything and a post-treatment report after installation. Both, worth ₹2,000, are included in the price of your system. You pay ₹1,000 when we take the first sample, and it is adjusted when you order. For example, on a ₹65,000 system you pay the remaining ₹64,000.
