Puryn supplies semi-automatic machines that fill and cap packaged drinking water in PET bottles, from a 2-nozzle filler to a 5-head line, and rinse-fill-cap machines for 20 litre jars. Our Bengaluru team installs the machine with your RO plant, sets it up on your own bottles and trains your operator.
Start with the water, not the machine. A filler cannot fix water that fails the packaged-water limits. We test your water and fix the plant first if it needs it.
Each one fills and caps PET bottles. Choose by how many bottles you sell a day and how many sizes you run.
Two timer-controlled nozzles with a capping head on top. The operator places each bottle. Suits hotels and small brands.
A rotary turret that fills and caps from a cap bowl on top, in one stainless steel cabinet. A neat first bottle line beside a can plant.
A rotary filler-capper with conveyors: empty bottles in, filled and capped bottles out to the packing table.
Five nozzles in a line, a vibrator cap bowl and capping head. 20 bottles a minute at 1 litre, 25 at 500 ml, 30 at 200 ml.
20 litre jars: we also supply rinse-fill-cap machines for 20 litre cans, quoted with your RO plant.

Water quality comes from the RO plant, disinfection and a clean filling room. The filler only has to fill accurately and cap tight.
A worked model of a 1 litre bottling plant: a 2,000 LPH RO plant, a 24 bottles-a-minute rinse-fill-cap machine and a PET blow moulder in a rented shed, selling cases of 12. Every figure is an estimate. Change any of them to your own quotes and the results update.
2,000 LPH RO · 24 BPM rinse-fill-cap · 1 L PET · 12 per case · ₹15,000 rent
At 300 cases a day, the plant makes ₹77,596 a month before depreciation and interest. Breakeven is 226 cases a day.
One case of 12 × 1 L at the current volume. Fixed costs are spread over the cases you sell, so their share shrinks as volume grows.
Revenue is net of GST. EBITDA is before depreciation, loan interest and income tax.
Same prices and costs, different daily sales. Your current volume is highlighted.
Change in monthly EBITDA from one change at a time, at your current volume.
Indicative Karnataka pricing for a semi-automatic 1 L line in a rented shed. Edit any line in ₹ lakh. Depreciation applies to machinery and fit-out only. These are market estimates, not a Puryn quotation.
Selling price, wages, preform and cap prices are estimates as of October 2026. Confirm them with two or three local distributors and suppliers before committing money.
FSSAI allows only 0.1 mg/L of iron and 2 NTU of turbidity in packaged drinking water, far less than many borewells around Bengaluru and Mangaluru carry. A typical line looks like this:
From your borewell or other approved source.
Oxidises iron so the filter can hold it.
Takes the chlorine out before the membrane.
Protects the RO membrane from scale.
The last guard before the high-pressure pump.
Brings dissolved salts and TDS down.
Brings taste and TDS back into range.
Disinfection just before the bottle.
At one bottling plant the filter outlet ran clear but the storage sump turned cloudy: dissolved iron was passing the filter and settling later. Oxidising the iron before the filter fixed it. We check for this before we quote a machine.

The BIS (ISI) mark has been optional since 17 October 2024. These still apply in Karnataka. Confirm the details with your consultant before you invest.
Packaged water is a high-risk food since November 2024: an inspection before the licence, then once a year.
From 1 January 2026: microbiology every month, iron and manganese every quarter, a full test every six months.
A KGWA permit or NOC for your borewell, needed in every part of Karnataka since September 2025.
KSPCB consent (packaged water is in the Green category) and Legal Metrology details on every label.
Check the groundwater NOC before you buy any machine. Central rules give no NOC to new packaged-water units in over-exploited areas, and every taluk in Bengaluru Urban and Rural is over-exploited in the 2025 assessment. If your plant already runs with an NOC, adding or replacing a filling machine does not change your water source.
Bring the bottle you will actually sell. Fill level and capping are set on the real bottle and cap, and a different neck can change the speed.
WhatsApp a photo of your bottle and cap, the boxes you sell a day and your water source. We suggest the machine and send a written quotation.
Bottle size, boxes a day, water source and licence status.
Speed, sizes, and whether your RO plant can keep up.
We test the water and see the room before you order.
Bottle size, boxes a day and water source. We reply with the right machine and a written quotation.
The 5-head line fills 200 ml to 1 litre bottles. For the other machines, send us your bottle and we confirm it in the quotation. For 20 litre cans we supply rinse-fill-cap machines.
The 5-head line fills about 20 bottles a minute at 1 litre, 25 at 500 ml and 30 at 200 ml. The smaller machines are slower, and the real figure depends on your bottle, so we confirm it in writing before you order.
Yes. We build RO plants from 100 to 20,000 LPH and can quote the plant and the filler together. See industrial RO plants.
Not any more. The BIS (ISI) mark became optional on 17 October 2024. You do need an FSSAI licence, which now comes after an inspection, and the testing scheme that started on 1 January 2026.
Check the groundwater NOC first. Central rules give no NOC to new packaged-water units in over-exploited areas, and all of Bengaluru Urban and Rural is over-exploited. If your plant already runs with an NOC, adding or replacing a filling machine does not change your water source. Every taluk in Dakshina Kannada is in the safe category.
With the defaults in the model on this page (300 cases of 12 × 1 litre a day, ₹105 a case including GST, 26 working days), a plant makes about ₹77,600 a month before depreciation and interest. It breaks even at about 226 cases a day and earns back a ₹41.7 lakh setup in about 4.5 years. Change any figure in the model to your own.
It depends on the machine, your bottle sizes and whether you need the RO plant too. We send a written quotation once we know your bottle and output.
Our Bengaluru team installs and services it. Seals, valves and capping parts wear with use, so your quotation lists the spares worth keeping on site.
Yes. Our Mangaluru team covers Dakshina Kannada and Udupi. For other towns in Karnataka, send us the location and we will confirm.
You get two lab reports: a pre-treatment report before we recommend anything and a post-treatment report after installation. Both, worth ₹2,000, are included in the price of your system. You pay ₹1,000 when we take the first sample, and it is adjusted when you order. For example, on a ₹65,000 system you pay the remaining ₹64,000.
Send your bottle size and the boxes you sell a day. We suggest the machine and check your water first.
