What Puryn Care covers

An optional annual maintenance plan you can add at purchase or any time after installation. Bought for 12 months at a time and renewable each year. If you already have an active plan, a renewal starts when the current one ends.

Included

• Two scheduled service visits a year by a PURYN technician.
• The routine cartridge set at the annual change: sediment filter, activated carbon, UF membrane and the 4-inch inline cartridges (mineral, alkaline, carbon).
• Labour for fitting them.

Charged at our published spare prices

n

• RO membrane (₹1,899), UV lamp (₹499), booster pump, SMPS, solenoid valve and any repair parts.
• No visit charge when the work is done during one of the two included visits.

Where

n

Available inside our current service areas, including the Thokkottu branch, because it commits a technician visit. If you are outside the area, contact us before buying.

How it works

1. Buy the plan here or ask for it on WhatsApp. Tell us which purifier it is for.
2. We record the plan against your purifier and confirm the two visit windows.
3. Before each visit we message you; the technician brings the cartridge set.

Every PURYN purifier also carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty (consumables excluded); Puryn Care sits alongside it and does not change it.
