Installation, warranty and care

• 2-year filter warranty — any filter that fails within two years of installation is replaced free, and the visit is included. We confirm the failure on the spot with a flow and TDS check.
• Free professional installation — usually within 24 hours in and around Mangaluru, and available in Bengaluru.
• 1-year manufacturer warranty — activate it in minutes by scanning the QR sticker on the unit, or at puryn.in/warranty.
• Optional Puryn Care plan (₹1,499 a year, details below) and genuine replacement filters keep it running for years.
• Doorstep delivery across India.

Puryn Care — ₹1,499 a year

An optional annual maintenance plan you can add at purchase or any time later. Bought for 12 months at a time and renewable each year.

• Included: two scheduled service visits a year (the filter warranty covers failures; Puryn Care covers routine care), and the routine cartridge set at the annual change — sediment filter, activated carbon, UF membrane and the 4-inch inline cartridges (mineral, alkaline, carbon) — with labour for fitting them.
• Charged at our published spare prices: the RO membrane (₹1,899), UV lamp (₹499), pump, SMPS, solenoid and any repair parts. No visit charge when the work is done during one of the two included visits.
• Where: available inside our current service areas, including the Thokkottu branch, because it commits a technician visit.
